They really didn't show Jenni at all last night - but lots of Deanna - and not the best stuff of hers either.


Jenni KNEW about Chad - I questioned about Deanna not knowing immediately - as shown with her and Stephi in that clip

I watched that episode again last night - they never showed Jenni with Chad. The expression on her face when they both came out sorta, kinda makes you think she knew, but they didn't show her interaction with him at all.

DeAnna and Steffi seemed to know very quickly. Steffi was very tight lipped when he started talking to her and asked her how her rose was. We don't actually see DeAnna saying "Something's different" (she's off screen) but we DO see Steffi saying "Yeah, something's different"

I wondered at the time why they didn't show Jenni's reaction to Chad and watched it over a couple of times THEN why they didn't. I wondered if perhaps it was because Brad was a bit contradictory. He had eliminated girls that didn't pick up right away that he thought should have. But perhaps Jenni didn't know right off but he liked her enough to keep her??

But, what woman wants to be second choice? None. If he does not choose the one he has always wanted, then, I question him and the girl that accepts.

I think the reason that Brad's decision makes Bachelor history is because, for the first time, either the girl who go the First Impression Rose will be the F1 or the girl who never got a 1-1 date will be the F1. Either way, the decision makes Bachelor history and breaks a curse.

On another note, I noticed that in the press release for the episode descriptions, Jenni and DeAnna's name are the opposite of the date they are on. In the Fantasy Date press release, DeAnna's name was listed first (as in, getting the first FD) and Jenni's was last. On the show, they were swapped (Jenni was first, DeAnna was last). In the press release for the F2 episode, DeAnna's name is first for the last chance date and Jenni's is second. I wonder if they will be swapped in the actual episode.

I just posted the final epi description in the media thread....it almost sounds like he chooses one girl and at the last minute changes his mind and chooses the other...geez!

I sure hope not, but the episode description is confusing me more than ever now, lol!

OK here are my two theories based off of the shadows and the media release that says there's a last minute desicion and he follows his heart. In one senario Deanna wins and the other Jenni wins.

If it is true that Deanna comes first based off of the shadows then I could see Brad last minute deciding to choose her and "follow his heart" thus it being a shocker.

Brad's last minute desicion comes the day of the rose ceremony when he desides to go with his heart to choose Jenni instead of the logical choice of Deanna.

I know that they love to use hyperbole in describing this show, always using the greatest superlative they can find to describe things but I just don't see him choosing the First Impression Girl as being the most shocking moment in Bachelor history. Honestly I can't really see anything happening on this show actually being all that shocking or historical...

If he decides mid ceremony that he must go with his heart and choose the girl who he had told the producers was F2, how would the viewer or the girl even know that is what is happening and how is that really shocking? The only thing shocking about that would be the blow that Brad got to the head from the girl who he changed his mind about. Lord knows I would beat him with the rose if he was "following his heart" and making the decision about his one and only on the fly like that.

I think he chooses Deanna but who knows his last minute flip flop could be that his heart tells him that he must follow his libido to a lifetime full of dancing with Jenni, who we know wants to dance dance dance. (Bless her heart this show is like a walking advertisement for her career. Although the dances that we saw- 1st night, HTD, and closing credits last night leave a little to be desired).

More editing from the WTA show ~ I heard that Hillary did apologize to Bettina for the divorce remark, but it was edited out of the show. I commented on the show thread last night that the segment was so cut up and did not flow evenly that there had to have been editing involved. There was!

You know I read that....but I swear I thought Brad said in one of his interviews that letting the F2 girl go was easier than the F3 that the F2 decision wasn't that hard....AM I MISTAKEN???? I think all this is at this point is Fleiss hearing Brad make that comment is trying to out Fleiss us...lol...and trying to confuse us even more.

He never actually said that. He did say something to the effect of being surprised at how hard the decisions were, but then qualified it with not at the very end.

Which leaves us....back where we started! No clue if he picks himself, Deanna or Jenni or all 3

Based on reading Bachelor 11 spoiler stuff all over the internet : ...also note that I have no inclination towards Jenni or DeAnna...both are great women

1. At one point (I think one of the Brad interviews before they were stopped) he said he chose the girl that's not the choice of the majority - not the exact words but something like that. "Majority" here meaning the bachelorettes, not the viewing public - because Brad was advised not to read forums. So assuming this is correct, he doesn't know who majority of the viewing public vote for (DeAnna) and he chooses DeAnna thinking she is the minority vote and not Jenni (I hope that wasn't confusing)

2. Somewhere also I read that he finds out one of the F2's is in it for the exposure and that we know it's Jenni. I still think this is the strongest theory behind the Most Shocking Ending Ever where he really likes Jenni but chooses to go with his heart which is DeAnna because he felt betrayed by Jenni after he finds out her original motives for joining.

I really think both girls are great. I doubt that Brad will learn anything about either that will be shocking. Jenni is who she is, and I believe Brad is fully aware of the fact that she loves cheerleading and loves exposure. And that is something that he loves about her. Though he is conflicted because DeAnna is also a wonderful girl who will love him forever. She is very solid and they could have solid roots together. This is something he loves about her... No surprises with them
