| Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers* I had my husband, who doesn't watched the show, watch the last clip of the WTA show featuring the two remaining women. After, I then asked him who he thought the final girl was. His said it's obvious they are setting it up for the first girl (meaning Jenni) to be the final one. He said "that guy isn't into the other girl" (meaning DeAnna) because of his body language....he said Brad doesn't lean into her to kiss her, he isn't as affectionate with her. I kind of smiled. To me, the entire sequence of shots with DeAnna seemed very edited to show only the poor interactions between the two of them or to make it seem like there was a poor connection to the average viewer. Would anyone else agree? Lynn what are your thoughts on this? |

| Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers* I've been wrong before but having been deaf all my life, the body language tells me it's Jenni. I don't get into depth like Lynn does (who does a remarkable in-depth anlyasis) but I'm more of an intuitive body language reader. It feeds into my gut. I'm pretty good at it but yes I've been wrong before. He's far more comfortable (natural) with Jenni than Deanna who tends to make him more formal. So the bottom line will be (it's hard to tell what he wants because of editing and they are showing a really lousy story this time IMHO) "WHAT DOES BRAD WANT?" I'm sticking with Jenni. It's hard not to love someone who brings laughter to your life. We're not being shown the conversations between them. |

(I still think he chooses DeAnna. But, I would be happy as well if he chose the lovely Jenni. )

Yes, that is the time I was talking about. And yes, I also noticed it with Jenni talking to Brad's mother. I was going to post that also. I am not sure either if Jenni is sincere. She has done acting in the past and knows how to work the camera and stuff. At least with Jenni she at least pretends to show emotion if she is acting. I have noticed this with DeAnna on several occasions, especially in her earlier interactions with Brad. I think a big part of the reason I don't feel DeAnna is honest is because of this. She always sounds like she is reading from a script of classic bachelor moments. Always having the right thing to say. Things that she thinks he wants to hear. Her voice always sounds so emotionless. Then add the blinking and head movements not very convincing to me. I am no body language expert but IMO she is not since and is doing a poor acting job. JMO of course but to me Brad does not look like he fully believes her. I said this after several of their talks. When he says really, or do you really mean that (whatever he says) he sounds to me more of a yeah right than an oh really thats great kind of reaction. But what do I know.

Maybe DeAnna is doing a poor acting job because she is not acting. She never played games of hard to get. She is telling Brad how she feels, even thought she is not used to doing it this early and that makes her just a bit more vulnerable and nervous.

I just assumed Brad was asking that question because there isn't much else he can say. He's not Andy- spewing his emotions verbally everywhere. On the FD that question to me seems like he finally really gets what she is saying despite her repeated pronouncements over the weeks and her laying everything on the table is what he needed to be sure of her feelings, which I suspect match his own. I have a feeling he was a bit of a skeptic going into this process as well and her reassurance is as much an iteration of his feelings as her own.
