When he says, "she's everything I've ever looked for in a woman," he is moving his right hand horizontally, back and forth, as though showing us a big invisible list of his wants and desires, and he feels that she has all of those things. It's like he is saying, "look, see my list, she is everywhere on it." It's sometimes hard to put these gestures into words...sorry. When he says, "I can see a lifetime with DeAnna," he is doing the vertical hand motioning again but this time he does it in a manner that suggests a path of life...if that makes sense. It's as though he is saying, 'here is my lifetime, a path, and it ends at some point, and I can see DeAnna right there along with me. Arggh...so hard to put into words so I hope you understand. I understand what he is saying but I don't know how to write it out. I would suggest watching those scenes again, with what I've said here, and see if you see what I do, or what I'm trying to say. Incidentally, watching that dinner again, this guy is giddy and gushing with happiness and affection and love. Quote:

I understand exactly what you are saying, you are communicating the hand gestures completely. Thanks! | |

| Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers* Thank you Lynn. I thought it was her voice. In your post when you said this about Brad: Incidentally, watching that dinner again, this guy is giddy and gushing with happiness and affection and love. Do you see a difference between his demenor with Jenni and with DeAnna over dinner? Do you think he has the same deep emotions for both? |
