Yeah, the girl sure can sip a mean straw.

"The Rules" from the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: The set of rules which govern each lady's appearance, performance, and moral character is lengthy and explicit. No DCC may, for example, date any of the players, coaches, or other employees of the Dallas Cowboys Football Club - this ensures a professional relationship while maintaining the supportive role that the squad fulfills. Each girl is individually counselled on personal grooming, makeup, physical fitness and interpersonal communications. Cheerleaders receive training in etiquette, communications skills, media relations and fan mail. The DCC uniform may be worn only with the organizations specific authorization and when in uniform, Cheerleaders are not permitted to smoke, drink alcohol, or conduct themselves in any manner not becoming to the tradition of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
I thought this might give a little insight into how prepared Jenni is for participating in a show like the Bachelor. Jenni has had intensive training in how to look and act in these types of social settings and a whole lot of practice doing it. It makes me wonder what about Jenni is actually Jenni and not the girl somewhat programmed to “perform” in a certain way that for me often seems contrived. For example, when she glasps her hands beneath her chin. That is a gesture that looks like it has been well practiced in a mirror and not something that comes from a place of sincerity. For all of the gentile lightheartedness we’ve seen that is Jenni I really wonder what of it contains any sort of real spontaneity.

MomLady, I think how it started out here was the commenting on Brad's nonverbals with Bettina including the finger pointing. Sorry if it derailed.

I don't have a problem with Brad being irritated with Bettina. Her family was exceedingly rude to him though he had done nothing to deserve it. My parents would never behave that way towards someone I brought home even if the guy was a jerk. Besides, I agree with K9Mom that Brad has obviously been watching the show & seen other comments Bettina has made. I find it hard to believe that everyone here stays calm each & every time that someone irritates them.

As for people wo think DeAnna came across as rude, mean, rehearsed, unemotional ..... give me a break. Being a straight-shooter myself, trust me, it's probably not intentional. And the older I get (I'll be 37 on my next birthday), the less inclined I am to put up with s**t from people. I despise drama and phoniness. Chances are DeAnna doesn't like those traits either.

Jenni is a performer. She has been a cheerleader & dancer for quite some time and has most likely learned to handle b**chy women. She also appears to be strangely happy all the time.

I am sure that Brad will pick based upon the little he's been able to learn, and once the two can date under normal circumstances, they'll find out if they are truly compatible.

If it's not real , I think Brad is smart enough to catch on.. He caught onto Bettina more or less. I think he has good perception and intuition on women, ( at least I think he does) he is 35, I think he can see right through some of them . JMHO

Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers*

Some of the body language from Brad towards Bettina at the WTA could be the result of Bettina somewhat badgering him - rumor has it - from a gal that at the shoot - that Bettina got a bit out of hand - so maybe that is where that stems from - who knows..........

angrygirl, I agree with you one hundred percent! Frankly, I think Brad was very gentlemanly with Bettina and her rude family.

Also, I find DeAnna to be refreshing. She seems honest, mature, and straight forward; besides being very beautiful.

I really hope Brad chooses DeAnna, and they live happily ever after. However, no matter who Brad chooses, I wish him the best.

Well IMO DeAnna caused much of the drama in the house herself. And as far as I am concerned DeAnna seams like a phonie. She does not seam sincere to me at all.

How do you interpret that?
Estella, that is a really good question. We have been more discussing Brad's body language when he's with the women and the differences in the women's body language and his body language with each of them.

I'd be interested to learn about some of those gestures too.

Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers*

I'm wondering about the way Brad gave DeAnna the invite to the FD suite. Put on table, pushed forward with both hands. Looked very different from the way he handed it to Bettina, though I think the words said were similar.

BL experts, what do you think? (Sorry if this has already been discussed. My brain seems to only hold a thought for a minute, before it slips away into the fog.)
