) just behind her right ear, those were tears that had fallen (streamed) down the right side of her face and down her neck. I did not even notice the first time (tired, 10:45pm, dogs wrestling, DH talking . . . ) but rewatching in peace and quiet on HD, I could see, hear, and notice quite a bit more. In alternating scenes, you can see just one drop glistening, then several. I looked, she isn't sweating either on her face, or anywhere else when the tears are there.

| Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers* Dogma, I checked the video again and I can also see what appears to be sweat on her forehead as well. However, I really liked the theory and I still believe that Deanna is the one. |

| Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers* I am enjoying this body language thread. I believe that DeAnna's body language indicates that she is a rather complex young woman, who is also perhaps a bit more mature than her age would indicate. She appears confident and out going, even brash or domineering at times, yet she becomes softer, decidedly feminine, or even somewhat submissive (and I do not say this with a negative connotation at all) when she and Brad are in more private settings. Her 'take charge' attitude seems to disappear as she becomes more 'traditional' by allowing Brad to take the lead physically in their more intimate interactions. ("I am not going to kiss you . . . I wanted to kiss him but he was not going to kiss me with other girls watching, etc. . . .). He is the one who reaches for her hands, strokes her hair, pulls her in for the kisses, and she lets him decide the depth and intensity of their more intimate contact. At the beginning of their FD kiss, she pulls back slightly and he quickly pulls her back to him. She willingly submits, and allows him to kiss her as long as he wants to. Very telling . She has a very private side, one not for 'public' viewing (if you don't count all of us . . . ) that she is allowing him to explore. Just as with Tessa and Andy, I feel like I am peeking in their window . . . . . . and I just can't help myself ) Brad has seen the contrasting sides of her, and it obviously attracted by the complete package. ![]() |

, but there are times when I cannot hold back those hot, heavy, highly emotional tears, especially happy tears, and they just fall out right down my face and neck (of course I look a mess . . . ) My daughter has a knack for the poignant eyes, glistening wet lashes, tears streaming beautifully down her cheek, no red nose, no puffiness . . . which is why she has her Daddy wrapped tightly around her adorable little finger, and future boyfriends had better watch out! ![]()

But I totally agree with you, she is a very mature, strong woman, but Brad has the ability to get through to her soft and more vulnerable side (and I guess not many people get to see this side of her). She's so different when she's "alone" with Brad... But I really like both sides of her!!!

| Re: Body Language & Non Verbal Communication - *Spoilers* I like this Body Language thread so much, I almost think there should be one in the General Discussion forum ... Body Language in every day life. In any case, this is a great Bach Clache area ! ![]() Thanks Jewelsy for providing it ... and special thanks to Lynn and the other experts for their insight and take on things as well as simplifying some complex things enough for the more average observers to understand ! Thanks again !

You are right on, Lynn, as far as I am concerned. The only time I have notice Deanna being sweet is when she is tring to impress someone. Oh well, just my opinion, I've never been able to warm up to Deanna.
