BlondieGal, that is a great explanation of the difference of sleuthing and sleuthers and I totally concur that you are definitely my friend and that's the best way to describe this commaraderie we have here at the FORT.
I didn't say this before, but meeting BlondieGal, Jelle, and Grneyedgirl was just as exciting as meeting the guys and I'm not discrediting their meeting because it was everything I described earlier. Just imagine though, how cool it is to get to talk and laugh and share with people you've been PMing and sharing with who have become real friends.. unbelievable and fantastic.

I believe it will be ok to share one little tidbit (hope you won't mind Jason! ) Jason loved the term sleuthing and sleuthers and has really gotten a kick out of it and us .. in a good way!!

No Blondie Gal you are not just a sleuther and a HD SC specialist, you are so much more. Just from your posts I can tell that you are a wonderful and kind, non judgemental person. I don't about you guys, just from reading the posts and being on this board all the time, I kind of have developed an opinion about the person behind those posts. You would be our F1 here along with other "forters". Because you see I'm not the bachelor so I kind of have a list of F1s .

I am happy for all of you ladies who got to meet Brad, Jason, and DJAshen! It's also great to hear that Brad is the person I've perceived him to be by watching the show this season. He has certainly impressed me the most of any of the Bachelors. His straightforward, honest, consistent behavior matches what he professes with his words. I also hope that he is very happy with the outcome of the show.

And you are going to sit there and tells us (sleuthers such as yourselves) did not read facial expressions,body language, while watching the last episode with the BACHELOR???? We know you were sleuthing however igcognito you were! LOL Fess up you couldn't resist!
I for one am jealous!!! So if you have different opinions, share please!

Please say you at least checked out his hands closely for moles, scars and such so we can compare them to the screencaps (I of course am joking).. but it would have been really funny to pull out a ruler and measure Brad's cuticles... or that ear hair that Sheena kept talking about.

I wouldn't ask about your take on the show, but I would like to know more about Brad's businesses. I know you missed seeing one of them, but can you share something about his bars.

I just have to do a little sharing in behalf of my close friends and fellow sleuthers, BlondieGal, Jelle, Grneyedgirl about this past Monday and an experience and trip of a lifetime. I know each of them will probably want to share also, but I know I can speak for the group in saying this.
Not to be too catty BUT we ladies and Blondie's wonderful husband, had the unique and amazing privilege of meeting Babyface (from the FORT), but Jason in real life and Brad (yes, Brad as in THE BACHELOR) in Austin on Monday. Words can not due justice to the excitement we felt in meeting and getting to visit with first Jason and then Brad.
I just want to publicly extend a HUGE thank you to you, Jason and Brad for showing us such a fantastic time and treating us so special!! I personally felt honored to meet and spend time with them.
I just want to say this, to anyone who is still not convinced that Brad is the real deal and the most honest and down to earth, special BAchelor we've ever had, believe me when I say that is he every bit of that description and so much more. Not mention, he is even more handsome in person (ok shallowness, cannot be totally dismissed ) I truly adored Brad and Jason.
I'm not going to go into specifics about what we did, except to say we had a tour of the bars (except the Marc which is closed on Mondays) and watched the show at one of their bars. We were treated royally!
I'd like to ask all of you to NOT drown our PM boxes asking us who Brad picks, because we don't know. They were very discreet and true to their contracts and did not give away any clues and we respected that and didn't ask.
The biggest thing I want to say, is that I want what's best for Brad and what he feels will make him happy. We're all waiting like each of you to see how this plays out, but trust me in saying that to know him, would only make you want for him to be happy with his decision whatever that was!!
P.S. as you can imagine, I'm still floating on cloud 9!!

What a fantastic opportunity for all of you, yep I'm jealous. I would love to visit the bars in question as from the Chuggin' Monkey's website it looks like a fun place to go.

So what was the general feeling about Monday's show in the bar, did they boo when the bad hometown date was shown. Give us the dirt of how the local audience at the bar reacted to all of it.
