Not to rain on anyone's parade or anything but you KNOW we are disappointed every year because our speculation tops whatever happens.

I think it is as simple as he takes Deanna or Jenni by the hand and he proposes whatever he does in a more intimate setting.

Perhaps taking them inside to a candle lit room. I can buy him having Deanna's dad there because of Greek tradition but with Jenni it would be odd because the American tradition is that you do it alone. Well, in this case with a million viewers but hey.

We know he chooses one of them, so no big surprise there. We have reasons to believe either choice.

What could be left other than leaving the pedestal?

There are rumors floating around that either Bettina or Bevin or both are involved. Now why on earth would this happen?

Sorry if this has already been suggested by someone. Maybe Brad rejects Jenni. Then when DeAnna arrives, Jenni pops out of the bushes and tackles her. That would be both a shocking finale and would explain how DeAnna's hair ends up kind of messy.

Polar, I really like that idea! Sounds plausible and very romantic. Only.....Deanna is the one who gets the helipcopter ride OK, I know, I know, it makes no sense for that scenario to be Deanna, and it makes perfect sense for it to be Jenni, but hey, a girl can dream right?

Then Deanna in a PI and all I hear her say is DOOMSDAY

Then they show Brad at the alter thing... Jenny's voice, tearfully saying; I'M SO SORRY.

The plot thickens.

Based upon the "new" preview everyone's talking about, I'm really starting to think that Brad "follows his heart" and proposes to Jenny but for whatever reason, she turns him down. I don't think that Deanna would do that to him but from Jenny I could see reason for it.
I just get this feeling that he was turned down or for some reason the editors want us to think that is what happens.

Wow, well THAT's interesting. That certainly sounds like some sort of the following scenario happens: Deanna hopes that his compliments lead to being his choice and tries to encourage him by telling him how she feels--(which usually is NOT done, is it?) Then Brad tells Jenni "sorry no dice".
He then asks Deanna and she says "sorry, but no".
Hmmm, I haven't watched all season, but I'm mighty curious to see what happens on Monday. I think a strong case could be made that there is a lower standard for an ATFR show due to the writer's strike, but who knows what will happen.

I really think DeAnna, and Jenni, too, for that matter, truly love Brad. IMO it would have to be something really serious, like serious health issues or family commitments or something like that to keep her from accepting.

They did say there was something unexpected that happened ...
