That's what I thought about the marriage issue. I think she may be falling in love but I don't think she is ready to walk down the aisle within the next few months. JMO.

I think because of her being mostly quiet and not stirring things up and people want to see claws (not me) so they probably edit to make it more catty.

I agree with you, Hermosa. I think Fleiss is showing anything whatsoever he possibly can to make Bettina look as catty as the others. I just can't see this being typical at all of her overall behavior.

Not defending Bettina's actions or anything...was just wondering how she really is in real life. Is she catty or (her words) misinterpreted by people who do not understand the meaning of sarcasm. And what really happened behind the scenes.

Oh someone mentioned from the non-spoiler Bettina board about Lindsey's interview. She said that Bettina is really sweet and a lot nicer than what they are showing.

So maybe the other women are really nice girls and not like what they're being portrayed as. But who knows?

I'm thinking that there is not a whole lot about this season that is making sense. Anything can happen.

Off the girls, has anyone else noticed Brad has beady eyes and when he has a reacton to something they become wide open. I've been watching him and I'm not completely sold that he really had a true connection.

I think it has more to do with what words you use. Bettina was surprised that Jenni kissed Brad on that date. Why throw out the word slut. That is a very strong word to use.

What was Bettina's intent when she said Jenni is the sluttiest person in the house, then says she is a slut and a liar? The fact that Bettina can call someone that word, makes me wonder what else she will call someone or how she acts.

Upto know Bettina's laughing when someone was joking about Sarah when Sarah got the rose, or when Hillary and Jade were making fun of McCarten and DeAnna was excused as Bettina being in the wrong place at the wrong time and being uncomfortable when the others were being catty. This week edit was to show us, that Bettina was laughing because she wanted to laugh. She can be catty and when she decides to make fun of others she can name call with the best of them.

In regards to WHY Bettina would have said what she did about Jenni being a slut...

So far in the whole show, we have seen that Jenni doesn't seem to have too many friends in the house... too MANY of the girls have called her names... and I do NOT think that it is ONLY jealousy speaking.

Yes, everybody sees her "sexual chemistry" with Brad as Hillary put it so eloquently last night... and that intimidates them.

Even though they all know why they are supposed to be there - to get the guy in as short a time as possible - in REAL life, to get to it as fast as Jenni did, would be viewed by many as being a "slut". She jumped the gun of decorum too quickly in their eyes.

Who knows what they have all been saying about her up to this point that the cameras are not showing.... there could already be a solid, common consensus among the group that she is "loose", "there for the wrong reasons", etc.
Whether the group is right or not is not mine to call, however, THEY could have already decided this to be true among themselves.

Jenni has a natural, "in your face" quality that immediately penetrates through "the personal space or walls" of relationships (that Stephy was alluding to). She promotes this with her constant eye contact. Her game with Brad is not only played with her body and words but more so, with her eyes.

She knows when to sparkle her eyes with sex appeal and draw in his attention and hold him captivated.

She knows exactly when to demurely look away and smell the rose.

She knows how to coordinate her eyes and smiles for maximum flash appeal.... turn on the lightbulb so to speak, to cause a deer in the headlights reaction.

She does this naturally.
She did so from the very first moment she met him. Did she do this because she "loved Brad" immediately OR... because she is just a natural at putting herself effortlessly into any guy's personal space??

Notice, she doesn't do this with the girls... just with Brad. And one might argue that she is not there for the girls BUT.. the girls are the ones who are watching this game of seduction take place and that is why IMHO they are commenting about her with the "slut, b--ch, etc" labels.

Most of the girls recognize a pro who is activly engaged in the game of seduction... and they know that she is scoring higher points in the game than they are. It's either try to beat her at her game(like Solisa tried to do), join her (like I see Deanna doing), condemn her (like Bettina is doing) or cry the blues in disappointment as they see the prize slip away (as Hillary was doing).

Please do not think that I am speaking negatively about Jenni with this post. In reality, she is doing a FABULOUS job doing her part in promoting the purpose of the Bachelor Show...

We've always been told it's about THE GUY selecting a potential wife from 25 beautiful women... BUT we all KNOW that it's as much (if not more) about women NOT being passive participants but being aggressive and strategic huntresses with the bachelor as the target and prized trophy of their hunting prowess.

I was thinking the same think. It would fit the "you won't believe how it ends" scenario. There hasn't been a show where the bachelor proposes and the F1 turns him down, has there? Maybe Brad proposes to Bettina and turns down the proposal, but decides to date him in the real world to see if there really is a real love connection?

I think this is possible since Bettina has had the marriage experience and therefore knows how important and now knows what she wants/she doesn't want in a man or relationship.

Who made the statement "I hate her", the majority of the ladies in the house could all be called out for actions, statements. TBTP have created this atmospshere to deliberately put posters in a WAR of words and actions against different personalities in the house. Yes, it boils down to which lady we each think is the F1 and we base our opinions on our personal observations.
