Even better would be if they were sleeping 4 or more to a room. Actually, this would be great tv. That's one way to get the girls' hopes up!Quote:
Aren't there ranches in parts of Montana too? I could kind of see it... not sure why. And Yellowstone extends into Montana... within the area there are definitely some date possibilities, I think.

Maybe it's an athlete in a different kind of sport, maybe an Olympian? Arena football player? Equestrian/Dressage? Professional dog show escort/walker?? Hockey is another option. If they did Alaska, you'd have Bachelor: Mystery, Alaska! ![]()

| Re: Bachelor Season 11 returns this fall! Ok, I live in Utah so I have to stick up for it. I think Utah would be an excellent location for The Bachelor. The ladies could live in one of the HUGE mansions they have in Park City or Deer Valley. The mountain setting would be beautiful. They could go on dates to Arches, Zions, and Bryce National Parks. They could go mountain biking, hot air ballooning, rock climbing, boating, wind surfing, hiking, or camping. For bikinis, they could have a group date on a house boat at Lake Powell. The red rock walls would make a fantastic back drop. Plus, we do actually have alcohol in Utah - I am drinking a glass of wine right now! My husband made it and he is an expert wine maker. They could have a one on one date on my deck and show our beautiful views of both the mountains and the city. I don't know why they would pick anyplace other than Utah! ![]() |

| Re: Bachelor Season 11 returns this fall! cafegirl, you are cracking me up!! Any way, after reading your post, I mosied over to ESPN to try to get a comprehensive list of "pro-sports" and their seasons. Football - September - January (pre-season starts in Aug, and practice/training well before that) Basketball - November - June, so maybe. Baseball - April - October Hockey - October - June, so perhaps. Nascar - February - November Indy racing - March - September Golf - All year Tennis - All year Boxing - ![]() Then there are the "lesser" known sports such as lacrosse, rugby, etc. Perhaps an olympian...now that could fit in a theme. And, Utah was mentioned as one of the potential states...hhmmm... But, I am still keeping my fingers crossed that it is not a pro-athlete. |

RJD4me and Secret, thanks for the laugh with “The Bachelor: I'll Leave the Light on for You,” “The Bachelor: Everything's bigger in Texas” and Professional dog walker. And Blondie, I kneel at your feet. You are truly amazing. Too bad it's not Apolo; he's living in Utah I think. He could teach the women to dance! Moving onto more serious endeavors: No one on the Blackhawks is from St. Louis; the Blackhawks website kindly provides home towns in their stats: Roster - Chicago Blackhawks The Cubs and the White Sox did not include home towns on their websites, nor do they mention if the players are single or married. And they call these stats? Not sure how to tackle this, but I’ll look around on the Internet. Who was it who called Chopard about the ring boxes? Perhaps she’d call the Cubs and White Sox and ask about unmarried players from St. Louis. Wouldn’t it be ‘amazing’ to figure out who the next Bachelor will be before it’s announced? The Official Site of The Chicago Cubs: Team: Active Roster The Official Site of The Chicago White Sox: Team: Active Roster

OR, I'm whistling Dixie and they meant the LEAD for the show as the Bachelor. This is probably the correct interpretation and I just got excited. I checked out Chicago sports and the only professional sport they had listed that is NOT active during July - Sept is the Arena Football League. No one that I could find on that stat list shows St. Louis as either a hometown or college town.
