Who is the season 12 Bachelor?

Thats right the big bachelor reveal tonight. Do they usually put the contestants pictures up after the reveal the bachelor or is it done closer to air time?

They don't usually give us the bachelorettes more than two weeks before the premiere. So we're looking at March 3rd for that info. Although this season is being promoted already, so we may get that info earlier.

One of the things to look for is when ABC changes The Bachelor website from Brad B11 to Matt B12. They've added an update giving Deanna as The Bachelorette. We could have a new website as early as tomorrow, but I don't see them doing so until after taping ends.

That's about three to four weeks from now. (Wow!, that's a long time before real sleuthing season begins.)

I looks like filming will be done before the end of February... once filming is done we'll start getting leaks of who the girls are that went on the show. Local newspapers will have some of that information... If there was someone on here who could identify the lady in red (I know that will be tough, but it's possible) then we'd really scoop the media on this one.. and it might lead to additional leaks from people who have friends who have mysteriously gone missing for a few weeks... ** But not disappeared under scary pretenses... Don't get me wrong, I wasn't trying to be flippant... I just mean friends who go to take care of sick grandmother or go on a very long "conference" or suddenly have a "work" trip come up.... There's 25 girls... someone has got to know one of them..

Just wanted to say, I think we have 4 girls, 3 blonds and brunette on the vegas date. The reason I believe we have four is because the roulette wheel behind Matt is different than the one behind the brunette, which tells me they are photographed at a different angle. Plus they have two cameramen (Bachelor employees) so that also indicates two different angles. There are 3 girls shown in the one with the two blonds and one brunette and another blond next to Matt.... Make sense?

Makes sense to me. Long haired blonde next to Matt, short haired blond in red dress, streaky blond/brunette to her left and a brunette in black/navy dress behind the cameraman.

I just realized that this was filmed outside (duh). Even though it is Vegas, the evenings still get chilly in January. Notice the crew person in front of Matt's blonde is wearing a fleece sweater, and another in the girls' shot is wearing a sweater. Only the cameraman appears to be without a sweater - oh, and the girls, who must have been freezing in their evening clothes.

It also appears that Matt is either tired or disgusted about something. I hope it is tired, and that he has not had a fuss up with production over something.

I wonder why they are announcing the Bachelor during shooting? They announced Blandy ahead of shooting to draw more interest, and others as well - but during shooting? And this will be the start of hometown visit week. Perhaps we will have better and confirmed sightings in the hometowns once the Bachelor's face is known. Anyway, I was wondering if it was HallP spilling a few beans here that pushed up the schedule? Surely, we are not that important (or Bach postings on the internet as a whole) for TPTB to pull a middle of filming announcement.

The only other thing I can think, is that they announced DeAnna as Bachelorette and thought they may have gained some interest momentum from that announcement.

Yes, kendra it is gone. It was there as of late last week, but of course, with tonight's BIG announcement, the P.R. Machine is in Full Swing, so only we will be witnesses to Matt's (former) ambition to act in films, alas.

But thank GOD that if his acting ambitions are hidden, his playful side pactical joking side is not yet. Nathmac is still hosting the hilarious if disgusting Fudgepacker joke on his You Tube site.

It is true IMO that a girl was required to leave the show for bringing up the Firedrake trailer.

But no one here can be remotely surprised at this point that that trailer was purged from the talking points.

HallP posted that Matt Grant is 27 years old. This is a date location at the Paris Casino in Las Vegas. We haven't confirmed home base, but it probably is LA.

In this pose, he reminds me of Mark Phillapousis from the Age of Love series. From what has been posted by HallP, he won't be giving off a shyness vibe, though.

It's Monday...Bachelor time on abc - well, sort of.

I am soo excited that the new season is about to begin. You ladies are awesome.. what with the pics at the casino and all. I missed a lot of fun these last couple of months.. I hate my computer.. too many crashes. I am looking forward to the journey..LOL! Matt definately looks the part.. very handsome..I just hope he isn't like Andy or Brad.

Hey, I was perusing myspace today, and I looked up the guy that was an asst stage manager for Bach 11.. he has listed on his myspace page that he is once again assisstant stage manager for Bach 12 Agoura Hills .. January 08- Feb 08. So I gusee it's safe to say that they are filming in Agoura Hills and Malibu yet again.

I stumbled across this on craigs list and found it interesting. They are casting girls for Bachelor 13? Hmmm. Could it be they have more than I bachelor in the wings right now?

Casting will be hold at Manhattan (we will disclose place to the ones that will be taken in/chosen) saturday and sunday 9-10 Feb.
