Too bad you couldn't have had more fun this season. He does have a way of looking methodical, smart, and charming at times but when you add it all up, it's really just boorish behavior leaving a wake of total confusion. I still think he sticks the landing. Everyone cross your fingers. And then continue to keep them crossed.

Moana is her own person and she hasn't been the outright mean girl saying "I didn't come here to make friends", yet she's been shunned by the other girls in the house who are a clique'. What annoys me are the scenes during the casino group date when the "clique' was so persistent asking Moana if she was into Travis. Same on the boat, questions which I believe even came from Sarah like, "can you see yourself with him in the future" blah, blah, blah. They weren't asking because the liked Moana. It was to get the answer they were looking for so they could talk about her more. I really think Travis and Moana have an emotional connection, from cuddling on the boat, him constantly caressing her arms while the accordian player serenaded them, holding hands throughout dinner always touching fingertips--very erotic-like. They were alo doing the whole hand-holding etc. during their stop at the little cafe. The romantic music resembled that of Meredith and Ian's Brazil meeting. That said, I don't dislike Sarah however I just don't see any connection except being friendly neighbors. In the past few seasons it seems to me that the runner up has been a person of good character and that would "take the fall" with grace and dignity; Krisily, John Paul, Charlie, and the Southern girl from Byron's season. If Sarah is the runner up, she resembles these other runner-ups in character.

| let me begin by saying that I have not seen much romance in either of Travis' relationships, and for a show about love and romance, I consider that a major failure. If you don't feel invested in your characters, then the author has failed at a very basic level. That said, given the weak structure we have been given on which to envision a budding lifetime romance forming, if Moana should win, then perhaps they will finally have achieved the most amazing rose ceremony ever. if not, this will certainly have been a forgettable bachelor season. I say that only because I don't think that anyone would be surprised to see him choose someone who is safe and solid, since he appears to be a safe and solid individual. I like both of the women and I don't think either would be a bad choice for him to date, but the only drama I can see coming from this season is if the good doctor takes a walk on the wild side. With Andrew and Jen, the good girl vs bad girl scenario made us care about the outcome because there was a clear delineation between good vs evil; here there is not. |

| [quote=vicyn8;1782405]The edit is in Sarah's favour. Even her "what a Bitch" and in your-face-move at the casino could be favorably interpreted as a woman defending her man. QUOTE] What kind of kindergarten teacher calls a woman she hardly knows a "bitch" on nationally television?? |

Well, I don't think it matters what she does as a job. But you point is acknowleged. I guess she thought instead of a sentence she would go for 1 word. People have forgiving her, it seems.

| I think his mind will tell him Sarah for obvious reasons (amazing w/ kids, parents bound to be impressed, smart, kind, willing to make concessions to be w/ him, low matainence, home-town girl, kindergarten teacher so a built in good image, all around good girl, ect). However, I think his heart will tell him to go for the hottie w/ a body Moana. In the end, I'm convinced by the screenies and the awesome work done over in the other thread that there is no way Moana wins. So I'm thinking he listens to his mind, and goes for the "right" choice and not the wrong. It might still work tho.

| I agree that NO ONE represents themselves well on tv by calling another bitch. While making that point I forgot to see your intend. Yes, moms of many K kids would perhaps think something different if it was said by said teacher when she was with a group of her friends compared to saying so on national tv. I hear ya! |

| I can only watch the final few weeks of any Bachelor series. It's way too much fluff to go the full distance for my tastes. But, I just wanted to chime in with my own humble opinion....I like this episode. Yeah, Travis is a bit dry, but his "granola" tendencies make him different than previous bachelors. And, the final 4 woman have been interesting in their own ways. I don't think there is true love with either Sarah or Moana based on what I've seen thus far. However, I have seen real friendship and strong dating prossibilities, which is really all you can expect from a show like this. I'm not necessarily riveted with anticipation, but I am hugely entertained. |
