I'm still so curious about the previews that say there will be a "Twist"... I mean, a revelation from Jehan (divorce or otherwise) wouldn't really qualify as a "twist" - it could be a "shocker" or a "secret."

A "Twist" is usually a rule change or something that goes against the norms for the show. Bringing back Mary & Heather was a twist. Introducing the rose-or-rejection 1-on-1 dates was a twist.

As far as Jehan being involved in the twist:

1. Divorced isn't a big deal (Bob, Kara?, a few of Byron's Bachelorettes)
2. exMuslim I don't think is such a big deal. (Now if she were currently muslim, that would shake things up!)
3. exModel isn't a big deal. Unless she did porn. Then she would be Fleiss' dream Bachelorette, and the focus of the show (and an automatic producer pick F2).
4. Wanting to bail on the Doc. Many have done that before (to Trista during RC, to Andrew before second RC, to Jesse on a group date, to Jen during RC, to Charlie on a group date).
5. Even showing up at the RC after dumping the Bachelor has been done before.

Because of this I think the twist must be something else. But what? If it's not Jehan then who, and when?

That's what I think too. No biggie. I don't have the medianet release in front of me, but it presents Jehan's "secret" as a separate issue.

Regarding whether Jehan stays or goes:

Perhaps she's getting such a "clean" edit because the ending doesn't pan out--a la Jen's ferris wheel wreck. Thus, the one who makes the great escape gets the best edit?

You know what, was this pic shown for the preview for episode 4? Because it's also on episode 2...and it's Sarah S holding the rose, if you go back to the end of episode 2, and Cole is talking about how mad she is, it shows Sarah S holding the rose, you can tell because she's the only one with short hair and it shows her hair.

So my guess would be that this is an old pic...

No, but the clothes match perfectly. For a long time, I thought it was Sarah S' Home Visit.

Re: discusion of the 'secret" and the "twist" for the next episode:

The "secret" seems most likely to be that Jehan is divorced.

The "twist" has to do with the rose giving situation with Jehan if we are correct about her leaving this week. To this point, in the last couple of seasons anyway, they have to give the date a rose or send them directly home. They obviously must make some sort of exception for Jehan from the recaps. Since we have never had a situation where the recepient does NOT want to except the rose on their 1on1 date, the twist will be that they give her a reprieve until the RC?

Now there is the possiblity that she accepts the rose on her date but announces at the RC that she has changed her mind and wants to leave? Now that would be a "shocker"! I believe the contestants are free to leave by their own choice at any point....but lets admit it, who would when you are getting a great free holiday and served on hand and foot? Even if I didn't care for the guy at all I would stick around until I got the boot.
