Thank you Cafegirl!

David Bohnert and Martin Hilton are the co-executive producers. Any relation to Paris, and thus the Erica/Paris clips?

The line about the panic attack refers to Lisa, imo. It's meant to infer that Sadie goes, but I believe that it's really Lisa who goes. Her schedule is totally shot to h_ll. Could PLo be any more certain that Lisa is all about being an MRS. and nothing about being his life partner?

Sounds like Lisa after she realizes her timeline has been messed with.

Thanks, Jennie, for all the links.. I missed these 2 yesterday.
It's interesting that they are only bringing 10 girls back.. like Charlie's season.
I always look forward to the bloopers and outtakes.. it's practically the best part of the season!

Here's a really good interview w/ Chris Harrison with some fun insights to the show.... I see we aren't the only ones who thought Jen's show was one of the worst!

Chris Harrison Says 60% Chance Of A Lasting Relationship On The Bachelor RomeIn an exclusive interview with Reality TV Magazine, Chris Harrison, the host of ABC’s The Bachelor/Bachelorette, revealed that if he was a Vegas odds maker that he would set the line at 60% of there being a lasting relationship formed on The Bachelor Rome. Harrison also told us that Trista from The Bachelorette Season One was his favorite of all the various bachelors and bachelorettes, and he made it clear that he has no intention of leaving his hosting job on The Bachelor/Bachelorette anytime soon. Plus, read on to find out how Chris Harrison thinks he would fare in a fight among reality TV hosts.

Reality TV Magazine: How did you land the job as host of ABC's The Bachelor & The Bachelorette?

Chris Harrison: The truth is I was born in Texas, had been married for about 6 years and had a son. The producers really wanted someone down to earth and "not available," so I'm not sure just how much my on air talent counted at the time. I like to think it counted a little along with my stunning good looks!

Reality TV Magazine: Of all the various bachelors & bachelorettes, is there one that stands out as your favorite?

Chris Harrison: Bachelorette Season One with Trista. At the time that concept was still pretty controversial and we caught some heat for it. She handled it well and the season was a huge success. It really helped that she truly fell in love and later got married to Ryan.

Reality TV Magazine: Of all the various bachelors & bachelorettes, is there one that stands out as your least favorite?

Chris Harrison: I have a couple that I haven't loved either shooting or later watching. Jen's season as The Bachelorette was a major disappointment. I thought she would be better but she really came up short, at least as far as my expectations go.

Reality TV Magazine: Can you think of and tell us about a memorable or shocking moment that happened on the The Bachelor or The Bachelorette that didn't make it on air?

Chris Harrison: This season in Rome our favorite diva Erica had a great line that I loved but was left out of the final cut. It was very hot in Italy and the house did not have a\c. Erica came to me during the move in episode 2 to complain about the fact that there was no staff there to cook and clean for her. Well she went on to complain about the heat and told me in her best whiny debutante voice "Chrissss... I didn't sign up for Survivor.” I guess ABC didn't want to mention a CBS show but I thought it was damn funny.

Reality TV Magazine: A lot of the romances on The Bachelor & The Bachelorette don't seem to work out in the long run. Why do you think this is?

Chris Harrison: Just the odds I think. We've done 11 seasons now and we have a marriage (Trista and Ryan), and a wedding on the way (Byron and Mary). We've had several couples stay together for over a year and seriously try to make it work but relationships just don't work out in the long run that often. I think there's a higher standard for these couples because of the spotlight and people expect more but the facts of life are it just doesn't happen that often. But when it does it makes for a great show.

Reality TV Magazine: Can you tell us if next season will be a bachelor or bachelorette version? Is there any truth to the rumor that Erica (the socialite) from this season will be the bachelorette in the next edition?

Chris Harrison: No, Erica will not be the bachelorette next season! I love her and I think fans loved her but as a character not as someone we all want to get behind and root for to find true love. Characters like that make for good TV episodes not great TV seasons. We are casting right now for the next season and nothing has been set.

Reality TV Magazine: Do you plan to host The Bachelor/The Bachelorette for as long as the show airs or do you see a point at which you might want to leave?

Chris Harrison: Maybe it’s my southern values but I never look a gift horse in the mouth (I have no idea what that really means but it seems to apply here). So many people in this business have a good thing going and then for some reason get all high and mighty and for "creative" reasons move on to what they think are greener pastures. Most of those people can be found at your favorite LA restaurant's serving your favorite dishes. I'm going to enjoy the ride as long as it lasts!

Reality TV Magazine: Are there any other reality TV shows that you would be interested in hosting? Survivor? American Idol?

Chris Harrison: I like to think I'm a tough rugged Texan but I probably wouldn't make it a week on Survivor Island. I wouldn't mind hosting Idol because it’s a good gig, but I really can't stand to hear 98% of those people sing. That might make for a grumpy host.

Reality TV Magazine: Who do you think would win in a fight between reality TV show hosts? Do you think you could win a fight with Jeff Probst? What about Phil Keoghan?

Chris Harrison: I know Jeff and although I'm bigger I think his survival instincts are sharp after 5 years in the jungles of wherever the hell they shoot that show. Phil Keoghan would be an easier fight. He just jumps around the world in an airplane kicking exhausted couples off his show. I might distract his attention with a flying rose then sucker punch him.

Reality TV Magazine: In the The Bachelor Rome, I know you can't tell us who wins, but can you tell us if you think a lasting relationship was made this season?

Chris Harrison: If I was the odds maker in Vegas I'd probably set the line at 60%.

Reality TV Magazine: In addition to hosting The Bachelor, I understand that you're active in some charitable endeavors. Can you tell us about your relationship with the Scleroderma Foundation and the work that they do?

Chris Harrison: My wife's (Gwen) mom, Marie Jones fought this horrible disease for over 20 years. She had it in what they call the old days (the mid 70's-mid 90's). Nobody knew much about this disease including the medical community. In her case at that time it was a death sentence. Since then because of organizations like the Scleroderma Foundation so many advances have been made including an amazing story where stem cell replacement surgery reversed the effects of the disease and saved a women's life. Pharmaceutical companies have also since stepped up efforts to fight this disease and its effects. So much has changed since my mother in law died and it's in large part to the work of the foundation.

Reality TV Magazine: If someone wants to help support the Scleroderma Foundation, then can you tell us how they can go about doing that?

Chris Harrison: It’s so easy now to find out about this disease. Go to Scleroderma.org or just search Scleroderma. I know most of you reading this have never heard of this disease, and don't even know how to pronounce it. That's okay, we can change that, take a minute and read up on it. Please!

Chris Harrison Says 60% Chance Of A Lasting Relationship On The Bachelor Rome

Those odds are not too bad!

Thank you for the article, Cafegirl. I enjoy reading Chris Harrison's words ~ I know that he is more than his memorized five or six scripted lines.
