I did get the touch of condensation, echo226. I wonder who the real Ben is? Is he this humble normal guy who just wants to find love....or does he think he's all that and a bag of chips and these girls aren't worth his time - ie. doing all of this for the exposure/famewhore? I don't know yet. He doesn't look like a bundle of laughs frankly.

I have to say I agree with you. I didn't like him that much during his seas on, but I honestly think the only Bachelor serious about finding a wife was Jason. Good for him to have gone after the one that got away and so far making it work for them.

I didn't think Brad's 2nd chance was anything but $$$ and getting his name out there again. Jake was a joke. And now I honestly don't think Ben is all that interested in anything beyond having his ego stroked.

Yes, he did say he was looking for love and didn't use the "wife" word. I think that is refreshing and appropriate for this venue.

I agree, I'm glad there was no "My wife is IN THE ROOM" talk on the first show.
Looking for love is fine and dandy. Finding a life partner on this show is next to impossible (although we do have two success stories so far)
