I could be wrong, but based on the spoilers I don't think they hook up. I think she gives him the rose and they go on and one and one, but I don't think they hook up. Sort of like how Jessie and Craig didn't hook up (at least that we saw).

no one has ever said she does anything with ANY of the guys. They may be trying to make it look like she did something with Wes in the commercials, but everyone here should know better than to believe anything from those! :nono

I saw an interview with Gia somewhere and she said she did not betray her boyfriend at all. Is this the same boyfriend she was engaged to at one time, who took her back after the Jake season?
