    You can clearly see that they decided that editing could better do what Kathy Griffin didn't. Remember they cut her out for most of the last few shows of Series 1 as well.

    I so wish they'd made the initial reveal a bit different though. There must have been a different way to do it that preserved her shock but gave us some variety.
