Yeah his head is already long, why the hell emphasize it with tall hair?

What is with that hairdo? Is that fashionable in ANY corner of the world? I just don't understand anyone actually getting a cut/style like that. Maybe he is an Elvis impersonator for a living...that might explain it (sort of...even those impersonators have time off when they let their hair down). Can NBC maintain this dudes hairspray habit on the meager AJ2 budget?
