Regular Joe or Average Joe or Some Kinda Joe besides Millionaire?
Does anyone know anything about the show that Kathy Griffin hosted that I read about forever ago in magazine articles talking about Kathy Griffin and I read an article on here about it a while back, but haven't seen anything recently. Does anybody know when/if it'll be on?
The race is back!
Average Joe. NBC has decided to run it in the Fall instead of the summer, as originally planned.
It's still coming, though. It just doesn't have a start date yet.
Ok, thanks John! I was worried I was gonna miss out on my girl, Kathy Griffin!
The race is back!
You'll get to see lots of Kathy Griffin. She's hosting Average Joe, she's got her own comedy series, and she's got a special about her "extreme makeover" coming up, too.
Yeah, I knew she had a sitcom in the works, but I didn't wanna get my hopes up about it actually getting on the air. I can't wait to see it.

THIS IS THE SHOW DESCRIPTION
Comedian/actress Kathy Griffin hosts NBC’s new unscripted relationship drama “Average Joe,” in which a stunning beauty queen and former NFL cheerleader moves into a multi-million dollar estate in Palm Springs with the expectation that 16 potential Prince Charmings are arriving to win her heart. But when the men arrive, our beauty finds that the handsome princes are actually Average Joes—guys with great hearts, but admittedly average looks, some even describing themselves as nerds and geeks.
Each week, the beauty queen learns more about her suitors during group and individual dates, as she determines which one might be her soul mate. She faces tough decisions as she must eliminate some terrific guys in order to focus her attention on those with whom she has the greatest chemistry. As host and confidant, Griffin offers her humorous take on the behavior and personalities of the men and is on hand to introduce the show’s many twists and turns.
“Average Joe” is a production of NBC Studios. Stuart Krasnow (“America’s Most Talented Kid,” “Dog Eat Dog”) is executive producer, Andrew Glassman is co-executive producer, Jason Raff is supervising producer.
