The Simpsons

Their 300th episode aired last night. Who watched?

I did, and I have to say... eh. Pretty weak. I thought the N*Sync episode was better ("Nobody pouts going into a jiggy!" "Those jellyfish sting. Old school!"). Was Bart leaving home really the best thing they could come up with?

Yeah, I was not impressed either. For a wonderfully funny and satirically biting show the only thing that had me laugh out loud was the pictures of Homer holding Bart over the railing and dropping him.

Oh, I saw that and thought it weas just a regular episode
It didn't strike me as anything special.
Is Tony Hawks really still that popular?

Yeah, it wasn't all that, for sure. I was kind of bummed.

Me too. I thought they would have pulled out all the stops. But apart from a pointless Blink 182 scene and bizzare Tony Hawk-ness, there werent any big guest stars. Jane Kazmerick was the judge but they could have had anyone do that.

They should have given up at 280 or so. The last few years have been one big let-down IMO.

I still think the show is hilarious most times. But for their big 300, they really could have done better. This was like a C on the average show scale.

It was just an average show. They always have good and bad shows lately. The one thing that the show went back on is the fued between Bart and Homer thats was the focus of the first season shows
