Carrie just wants to be on tv so she agreed to be on Bethany's team. Umm, she could have said NO when Martha's representatives called.

Bethany has TONS of things she most do and I don't think it's reasonable to ask one person to manage a charity event AND circus performers!

I forgot to add something to the Bethany list of responsibilities:

Keeping the KIDS at the Big Apple Circus happy! AND the Sponsors happy! Thank goodness Jim hung up the banners!

No one does a "deer in the headlights" stare like Bethenny. Dawna should have known that just because someone (Amanda) wants the best for you doesn't mean they can deliver it. She should also have known that Howie runs the business and not the creative side of his company.

Telling Carrie to "get over it" and "don't take it personally" is just making things worse. Dawna should have gone to see the clothes with time to spare to make changes. Ryan, Jim and Carrie should have pulled Bethenny back to reality sooner.

I think Bethenny should have chosen Marcela rather than Carrie. At least Marcela doesn't have a grudge against Bethenny and she's a good worker bee.

Dawna I think made some pretty poor choices as well. She should have picked up somebody with creative ideas... And Howie and Amanda are NOT it, seeing how they managed to piss off the Liz Claiborne exec with their indecisiveness.

Two disasters in the making... I guess it's down to which disaster would suck less next week.
