Do you think that if Alexis speaks, her mother will fire her?

I think Mommy wished many times that she had rearranged her schedule right about the time when she was conceived in favor of folding up some fluffy towels. Fluffy towels are just as inert but at least they absorb water and don't talk.

Alexis still has psychological trauma from her childhood ("No more wire hangers!") and her mother's statement as she was about to enter prison that she would miss her house and her dogs (never mentioning Alexis).

Marcela did lose focus, but the others had concerns and talked about it behind her back rather than bringing it up. Then when she tried to discuss it maturely, Amanda proved she was unable to handle such a conversation. Still, Marcela won't ultimately win anyway even if she were to stay.

You see, at the time this was filmed I'm not sure Martha was allowed to travel more than 100 miles or so away from her main residence.

Man. Alexis is the WORST TOUR GUIDE EVER! I am SO bored even hearing an edited down version of her.

This is a special moment for Jim boy. Seeing Maatha's rolled up tablecloths and spending time with Maatha's robot offspring, is the highlight of Jim's miserable life.

I really hope she tears Ryan and Amanda to shreds in the Conference room.

I don't think Marcela was great, but she has to get her act together to face Martha.
She has the ammunition to send one of the others packing if she can talk a good game.

Jim decides that he wants to keep Marcella because obviously she is a week link. He wants to keep those around, so he coaches her in the closet by the shoes.
