I'm getting the feeling that even though it's true that she's lazy and annoying, she certainly can't be blamed for a late furniture delivery. As usual, that's due to nobody on that team being efficient or businesslike in the least. They didn't call back and stay on the furniture company's asses constantly, like they should have. They didn't use a company with stock in NYC, but one who had to truck stuff in. And the PM didn't give them enough time to pick good stuff anyway...
