Carrie, 31, owns "Drive Creative, Inc." a San Diego communications company specializing in public relations, creative marketing, event planning and media project management. The former beauty pageant contestant - and first runner-up for the Miss California USA title in 2000 - worked for over six years as a stockbroker and provided financial commentary on talk radio. She's not persuasive enough. If you want to be PM, say something about it, don't just complain to the viewers at home!

I'm not sure I understand why she was fired. Yeah, she didn't do much, but Sarah was the PM and should have delegated something to her.

It seemed that Martha was aware of the the co-leadership that was going on. When Howie was asking about the boxing gloves Sarah turned to Carrie for guidance and Carrie was the one to shoot down that idea.
Besides, Martha doesn't need another accountant or bookkeeper and that seems to be all Carrie was doing.

It's too bad Carrie was fired. Obviously, she needs some more income or she wouldn't keep wearing that pink tablecloth every morning.

Sarah was horrendous and was fired for being incapable of leading that task. She was like a deer in the headlights.

Carrie, on the other hand, was fired for trying too hard to stay under the radar. And for horrible fashion sense. When the Martha said, "you don't fit in," what she really meant to say was, "Carrie, your clothes don't fit and you have terrible taste."
