| Re: Celebrity Apprentice Finale Not a surprise to me. Trump would have looked like a fool giving the guy who earned SO much less the win. Trump's intentions were kind of telegraphed by Trace getting a primo live Prime Time performing spot to sing and get more money for his charity.

| Re: Celebrity Apprentice Finale So why did Trump make all that pretense of bring in business people including his daughter and son for advice, and asking all the other contestants - just to ignore it all? What a waste of time. The lesson Piers and Trump want us to know - the end justifies the means. |

| Re: Celebrity Apprentice Finale As much as I prefer Trace, it would have been really weird if Piers had not won. He clearly dominated in all the challenges and raised the most money. And he is right - it was never a popularity contest. I would have like to see Trump throw $100,000 at Trace's charity as a consolation prize. He can certainly afford it. I think my favorite parts of the finale were the whole nail polish situation and when Trace said he could beat up the whole Backstreet Boys band by himself. I don't think many other people could have calmly dealt with their b.s. like he did. Can you imagine if Gene Simmons had been there and had to go buy nail polish for them? Although, I bet they wouldn't have had the nerve to ask him for it.
