One word for Pierce: Loser! He is the zero-talent judge judging others' talent. I can't wait to see him kicked out. If if the guys continue to kick butt as they did yesterday, I may have to tolerate Pierce for the next several weeks. Ugh!

I liked that he tried to put Omarosa in her place! He had her pegged correctly right off.......

I love how he mispronounced her name and went on with his life. He cannot go until she is gone.

He is annoying but pretty funny. I think he will be around awhile as he provides conflict.

Piers has cultivated his personality just as Simon Cowel has. Privately, who knows how he manages his close relationships but I am willing to bet he is quite different. I enjoy his acerbic wit and dead pan delivery.

I don't know what to make of this guy. When he's being called out he appears to have an expression of remorse on his face, but at the same time he looks to not give a crap as well. Weird.

I'd rather watch Piers than Oma-hoe-sa, at least he brings some drama and entertainment, she's just plain annoying.

I watch Piers' show America's Got Talent (Love the show!). I think Piers is genuine and spot on with his comments, and he's not nearly as unnecessarily cruel as Simon.

I think he makes a good judge.

I recall that he had his young sons in the audience on an episode or two and referred to them from time to time. He seemed to enjoy being a dad.

I also watch his reviews of Connie Talbot and Paul Potts on Britain's Got Talent. He is about the same on that show too.

I like Piers, but what rubs me the wrong way a bit, is that I don't understand his judging credentials. Isn't he a newspaper journalist? I think I read that he is good friends with many British notables, and I gather he got the job as a result of these relationships rather than from any sort of entertainment industry experience.

Even though I think he's good at it, I don't like having a judge with no credentials. Unless....he merely offers his comments as a matter of personal opinion and not critical expertise.

Not even legitimate newspaper, but tabloid.

Still, I like him -- as a judge and contestant. He says what pretty much everyone is thinking but doesn't have the balls to say out loud.
