She's arrogant, but I think within her bubble of superiority, she likes the idea of being on an "elite team". She'll live up to her end, because she wants to impress the other "smart people". She never cared about impressing the Roxannes, Brents, and Lennys of the world. That makes her a snob, but maybe not disloyal.

What Sean has to avoid is letting it ever get into her head that he's dissing a decision she made under him. He has to be very assertive with her in a proactive way and make it clear right up front that he will be vetting her decisions. No "giving her a free reign" type of delegation.

Man... Lee's team is already seeming lame. Could this be a huge misleading edit, or with 20 minutes left is it JUST so obvious how outclassed Lee's team is that the editors aren't even bothering to try and hide it. (EDIT - Oh wait. There's a part II of this next week. So scratch that "out of time" conclusion)

I'm still trying to figure out why Lee chose him. He might have been better off with Charmaine.
