| I feel bad for Marc Bouwer. He has a bad design under his name now. |

| Trump knew Allie messed up on the task with her yukky designs and he also knew that Roxanne had done nothing during the whole interview other than hiding behind Allie's skirt. He couldn't take the chance of having Roxanne in the final two so there was no other option for him than to fire both females. If Roxanne had been more independant, she might have ended up in the finals. This season it sure seems like Trump has been going out of his way to find excuses to fire people he isn't thrilled with......and why does he bother to ask his coworkers "Did I make the right decision?" Lee or Sean--they're pretty equal except Sean in pretty cute.

| While I understand this is a reality show, it is still a boardroom, and the winner is still going to be a real exec for the trump corp.. and the last thing The Donald is going to want, is someone who is going to screw up, and then throw a fellow exec under the bus... I understand the loyalty firing... There is a big difference between insulting the other execs, and trying to focus on the successes and acknowleding your opportunities and what other opporuntities there were... Besides, he's commended people in the past for sticking up for their friends even though they sucked... See Rebecca and Toral... That is the exact kind of thing where she admits her personal flaws and Toral flaws, but in a good way that isn't like, she sucked and this is why and she is awful, and can't manage a day planner.. Just my opinion.. |

I also think this was the first time(or 2nd after the one Alex and... guy were in) where it was a boardroom with 2 people. Alex and guy handled it well, they talked, didn't go at each other's throat, and calmly explained everything. Here the two girls clearly showed how not to do it but it's not a great format. Trump asked Roxanne who she thought should be fired, hmmm, the boardroom with only 2 people can quickly degenerate into a shouting match because it HAS to be one vs the other. And if one candidate has no hope of getting through(like Allie) they'll be loud and will make sure the other doesn't get through either. how sad Allie was: 'Whose idea was the design?" "Well it kind of was our idea, we split every task down the middle." "So why did you become PM?" "I decided to become PM because if I get 2 wins, it will look good in the eyes of Trump" | |
