Herbal Essence/Clairol's Response about Omarosa

This is the e-mail I got from them today about the possible Herbal Essence commercial.

Thank you for contacting Herbal Essences.

We have been in conversation with Omarosa and will be looking to see if
we can leverage her "love to hate" personality with our "naughty but
nice brand". The brand has used "double -entendres" in the past, has
generated memorable campaigns and we are looking to see if opportunities
exist. She is not a spokesperson for the brand nor have any decisions
been made on whether or not we will use any of the filmed segments.

Thank you again for sharing your opinion with us.

Why don't they use Amy. At the end, Nick walks up to her, she swings her head around and swats him in the face with her hair.

I got the same e-mail response and sent them this:

Thank you for explaining your rationale for considering Omarosa as a
spokesperson for Herbal Essence. In fact, I do not "love to hate" her,
I do not like her at all. She is very clever in controlling the
conversation and I do not believe we should give her any more attention.
After all, on the same note, why not have Al Sharpton as a spokesperson?
He's another one who lies and claims racial bias if you call him on it.

When did Clairol start to make products for hair weaves, cuz "girl-firend" has definitely got weaved hair - which is ok if that's what you want to wear, just don't call it you own, but I guess it would be since it was paid for.

I haven't gotten a reply. Don't care either. I said my piece. I will not knowingly use the product of a company who condones that sort of behavior in their spokespeople.

When they get a new product that promotes lying and getting caught at it on national TV, they should look her up.

Danielle - I received the exact same Email. Maybe any messages they receive with the word "Omarosa" gets the same response?

Hey, I don't like Omarosa either. But they don't care about those e-mails. The response was canned.
