Have you tried clearing your cache? Sometimes that can be the problem.

    Critical,

I did that quite a while ago. No difference.
THis is the only site I have had problems with on the Internet.
It's gotten better but, still remains quite a challenge.

Actually, I changed your settings to the ones I recommended. Upon reviewing your settings, they were /not/ set to auto detect DST, but now it is.

Outside of changing that, there is no other settings relating to DST for the forum and I have not received any other reports of this particular issue.

    GMT -0800 and DST

Not sure what is going on with this site now, but it sure used to be easier.
    Thanks

I'm having a problem today with the site disconnecting me. I'll be typing and editing a post, then I'll click on save and find I'm no longer logged in. And ofas course, the post is gone. Has the maximum idle time been changed or something? This has happened to me several times today.

    Thanks, Frey.
I had it set to DST corrections always on.
I assumed that was the correct one.

What does DST corrections always on - do, then?
Seems like it might be unnecessary.

    Testing for time adjustment.

My clocks read 10:07 PM and the time on my post reads 11:02 PM.

My general setting for time is 8:00 GMT and the DST choice is ON and has been.

That's okay...I only need to wait until March and I'll be back in synch.

    Hi Arielflies,

You had the same issue as norealityhere, your personal profile settings were not set correctly to correct for DST. I have set them for you.

There have been no changes on the system side that would explain the behavior you are seeing.

    Re: Site Adjustments

Thanks Frey. The Automatically select DST was not an option when I looked - only On and Off. It is there now so thank you for resetting it.

    Re: Site Adjustments

The automatically select DST was not there for me, either.
    Only DST corrections.

Still haven't heard what that is for.
