    Can't edit my posts

OK, I don't have an edit button (only a quote button) at the bottom of my posts and I can't find any information/other posts pertaining to this issue (so, if this is a duplicate help request, then my apologies).

Am I missing something? I've tried Opera and Explorer and they both looked the same. Could I have disabled something in my user interface without knowing it that canceled my ability to edit posts?

    Help please - thanks!

OK, that's weird - after the computer processed this post I saw the edit button but when I went to another post, the edit button wasn't there.

Is there a time limit for editing posts or something?

    Yes, there's a time limit. I'm pretty sure that it's 30 minutes.

Yes, it is 30 minutes. And I believe that it's also once someone else posts a response to your post. For instance, if someone responds to this post within the next 10 minutes, say, I will no longer be able to Edit my post.

No, nilesgirl, that's not true. It's just a flat 30 minutes, all the time.
