How do you write in spoiler mode?

Can someone tell me how to post in the spoiler [] things.

Sure. if you look at the bottom of this page, on the left, under the "Posting Rules" section, you'll see it says "vB code is ON". Click on that link, and it will take you to a page that explains ALL of the vb codes, and how to use them, with examples and everything.
