Never kick a fresh turd on a hot day---Harry S. Truman
My digital camera came with Kodak Easy Share software, but I can't get it to interact with anything else. I have to e-mail a picture to myself and save it on My Pictures if I want to do anything. Any tips?
Count your blessings!
Wish I could help but I'm not familiar with Kodak
If you plug it into your computer, you should be able to browse it like another hard drive.

Gut, I have the Kodak easyshare software, and I couldn't get mine to work either until I went to the Kodak website and registered, then set up a profile. Could that be your problem?

Gutmutter, open the easyshare software, and click the 'tools' tab. From the drop down menu, click "preferences". Then select "transfer" from the top tabs. Look at the bottom of this window, and you'll see a box labeled "select a location on your hard drive where you want to copy transferred pictures". Select
Documents and settings/your user name/My Pictures/Kodak pictures
and the pictures will show up in "my pictures" in a folder labeled 'kodak pictures". At this point, you can do whatever with them.
*** If you plan to delete them from the Kodak software, rename the ones in My pictures, and they won't disappear too while you're deleting from Easyshare.
I have found the Truth and it doesn't make sense.
