I thought netscape was no longer making updates?
Even then i wouldn't get it, waste of time. I have the yahoo toolbar and i have a popup blocker which does the job quite well.

Thanks for the tips people! Mozilla Firefox has solved my adware problems. I was using Yahoo's browser, which blocked pop-ups fine, but it kept loading ads that came in with the IE browser. I ending up having to use the spy span to delete tracking cookies from nearly every site I visited. If I didn't do a scan every three sites, my system would slow to a crawl.

    Mozilla is GREAT!!

Yeah, it is great. They update the browser every month and i enjoy the extensions like tabbed browsing and dictionary search.

OOO! I LOVE Mozilla Firefox. I need to use IE sometimes because some things don't work with Mozilla.

I'm stilll familiarizing myself with it, I love all the skin choices. (I'm using the cats in blue)
I've run several spy-scans and not a tracking cookie to be found. Sweet liberation!

Thanks again for the recommendation, such smart people at this site!

My IE got taken over by a bad virus that there's no patch for yet. So, computer at home is dead. I HATE IE but there's some forums I can't access with Firefox. Wish I could solve that problem. Could anyone help? Any message board that can't be viewed without signing in can't be accessed by Firefox. Also, here's another great thing from Mozilla: Adblock You can block all the annoying banner ads forever. It's a great thing!

I detest IE so it's on my ignore list. You my want to run Spybot/ Ad-aware personal.
