Try Ad-aware. Sometimes Ad-aware catches things undetected by Spybot and vice versa.

What did your anti-virus say? Did it detect anything? I also use HiJackThis and clean up my PC with that.

I'll second that. Not only does Mozilla block pop-ups (even on the Drudge Report website, and the pop-ups there seem to get through everything else I've tried) but I haven't had problems with spyware either.

FYI, for anyone who's having pop-ups or more serious problems like I explained in my first post, I highly recommend downloading Netscape instead. It is a million times better than IE. For some reason, I'm not even getting pop-ups anymore, and with IE, I got like 5 with every new page I went to. The error I described above is also gone.

Thanks to the person who recommended downloading Netscape - it couldn't be better!

Yep. Took 30 seconds. The bonus is that it will import your favorites and bookmarks from your other browser so there's no need to retype everything in.

    Lucy's post has the website.
