Smilies Problem

I am not able to use smilies today and cannot figure out why. When I click on a smilie in the little box on the right or on "more" the screen jumps up to the top of the page. They worked fine yesterday. I have not "disabled smilies in text" and it says Smilies are ON in the posting rules at the bottom of the page.

Can anyone help?

Nevermind. My son disabled javascript... problem fixed.
