Changing user / log in name

I would like to change my user / log in name. Can I do that?

You can do it one time, but you have to PM John.

click on his user name (if he's not online) go to the bottom part of the forums page where it lists the moderators, and click on his profile for his pm link.

or else PM him (or anyone) from the options by clicking on their user-name in any of their posts.
