New smilies help needed

I downloaded some neat new smilies and I am having problems trying to use them. I have tried to use them as attachments but they have to be clicked on to view

I also tried to copy and paste them and that don't work either

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance

Trying to use them HERE? You can only use the smilies provided by the site here. You can attach images, by using the IMG tags, but most sites don't like that because you're stealing their bandwidth, and that's not cool.
