I'm thinking of coming to this, but what exactly are the activities that will be held, or is that still up in the air. The hotel is by the airport I take it, so is it easy to get downtown, is there a subway? How far away is the hotel from downtown chicago? Is it safe to walk around chicago at night? Is there somewhere on here with more information?

I should also mention, if you're looking for airfare and want the best price, I always recommend www.itasoftware.com - you can't book directly on the site, but you can find the flight numbers and fare codes, and then go to the airline's web site and book for that price. It is very nice, and I use it all the time.

I used this and booked an incredible price for a nonstop flight--$178 (roundtrip) from Denver to Chicago, and that includes taxes, etc. Thanks for sharing that site.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the schedule is forthcoming. I have it 3/4ths done, but didn't get to finish it today. You'll have it monday.

Dvm-We weren't releasing names because of privacy issues at first. I'll talk to John and see if its okay to release a list.
