Ah, I see the problem. No spaces are allowed in filenames. Change that to an underscore or remove it, and re-upload your image, and tag it again here. You did the tags correctly.

can someone please help me here.....I can't change my avatar to the picture below. It says something about it not being the right bytes or something

It has to be under 30,000 bytes (29.8k), and this one's over that limit. You'll have to save it as a jpg reducing the percentage of clarity on it first.
