Glowing text added

I've added a new vBcode for glowing text. This is a test, though if it's over-used, it'll probably be removed.

Just use [ glow=red ]This is my glowing text[ /glow ] without the spaces, and replace red with just about any color you want.

This is an example of text glowing in red.

Aww you can't see it Amanda? There's really nothing great about it. It basically looks like someone wrote in magic marker and then poured water over it.
