I'd like to know the current info, too. I like that one gets a big picture on their profile. I might be able to fit all my kitties in there!

Sorry to bump this up; just wondering if the program still exists. I didn't see it in the FAQs. Thanks.

Is anybody still green? I didn't renew because it was going to go away.

I'm still green! My subscription isn't up for awhile though.

I am too, but last I read the program was being phased out. Don't quote me on that though

    Re: "Premium Member" Program

I just joined a month ago and became GREEN So I may be the last green member in June 2008 !

Well - John can keep the $$ - whereever it went (I am betting it went back into the site!) I have gotten more benefit than what I donated and should have done it sooner.

But it would be nice to know what is going to happen. It is a nice way to say THANKS

    Re: "Premium Member" Program

I kind of hate to keep asking what everyone else is asking also... but I will.

John, can you give us some idea of whether or not being green is still worthwhile to do? As in benefitting the site or you? I don't mind at all continuing to pay to be green as long as it's going to you or FoRT, but if my money is actually going to TVguide.com as the new owners (or whatever the official status is), then I really don't think they need (or care) about my support.

If we could just get some clarification about the Premium Members program as it stands now, I know all greenies would appreciate it.

    Re: "Premium Member" Program

The premium memberships are going to go away, although the details on how we're going to phase it out haven't yet been decided.

It would not be a good idea to sign up (or extend) your membership at this time, although anyone who has won't be "out" anything.

Thank you, John, that answered my question exactly!
