Hey guys,
Not sure if this has been posting but MSN did a good interview with Victoria. Enjoy!
MSN TV Blog: The Latest 'ANTM' Loser
Brilliant interview. The "Character Information" packet was really a bit shocking, actually--I mean, that they'd leave it around the girls, or even present it to the hairdresser in order to help them create a better story. It's amazing that the show goes that far.
Maybe they eliminated Victoria for secretly telling the other girls about their characters. Oooo, conspiracy theory!!!!
This interview has also a very interesting thing too..Originally Posted by moxie345;2613292;
On being stereotyped:
I didn't cry and I didn't cat-fight so they didn't really know what to do with me. They definitely had a character type for me and for all the girls on the show. Part of why I felt like it was time for me to go was during the makeover challenge, there were packets laying around that had our pictures on it and a short blurb underneath it of sort of our character on the show or how we were going to be portrayed on the show. I really wasn't supposed to read it but through sheer luck on my part and sheer carelessness on the part of somebody else, I got my hands on it. The person they were trying to portray me as was very not me, to put it mildly. It also had my religious and political views on it, which I didn't think was very appropriate to give to people who were doing my hair. It doesn't really have anything to do with that. There was definitely, I don't want to say scripted, but a focus on bringing different aspects of people's personalities out that definitely didn't exist. I mean, no one's as crazy in real life as they're portrayed on the show. ... They took one interview where in which I talked about Yale and put splices in every episode. I don't go around the house saying, "I'm from Yale. I'm so smart" at all.
This girl is very smart, and can predict things easily.![]()
She did back talk Twiggy at every turn, in many cases interrupting her. You just don't do that! That's Twiggy for goodness sakes! Besides all that, the elimination room is for instruction. She should have just taken the information and made herself better in the competition rather than be rude and make lame excuses. They told her over and over again how she was coming across and she didn't bother to listen and learn from it. If you can't grow and progress then you don't belong in the competition. She said herself she didn't want this and that she only applied as a joke anyway. She was a waste of space that someone who actually wanted to be ANTM could have taken.
I don't understand why this Victoria seems to have so many fans. She doesn't say model to me, she's not really pretty. As for her pictures, I have to admit that her first picture indeed was amazing, her second was OK I guess, even though it's not really what I expected to see, but her last picture was blank. As for her attitude, talking back when you're being judged is not really the smartest thing to do. Anyway, I don't mind her being eliminated.
I fail to recognise the correlation between "losing ten grand", "hospitalising Gorgeous" and "a good deal"
who said model = pretty???
