I think the theme for cycle 7 was something about "Glam-o-Rama."

Do you think they alter the faces slightly in the first group pics. Kari looks completely different in the cycle 6 one.

I know for a fact that Cycle 7 was not the transformation season. I don't know why the heck that person put that. There wasn't anything transformation-y about Cycle 7. Cycle 6 was the transformation season. That's what I believe.
I think the whole flowerly thing was to like symbolise growing and "transforming".
I think the theme for Cycle 7 was Tyra, lol.
The house, the water, Tyra actually in the group photo, Tyra having an individual promo photo, it all makes sense.

I read on Tyra's journal at her talk shows website that there was no theme for cycle 7 and that it was to look high fashion. She was in the promo photo for the first time because she felt like the mom of the girls.

I think Cycle 3's theme was a Metropolitan Fashion or technological edge or something like that.
The future of fashion, America's Next Top Model
"You'll see a lot of new stuff on the new season of “Top Model.” For one, the posters and ads are very different. In the past, we’ve gone with a very strong theme. The girls were fairies on the cycle 6 poster and they were all blinged out in gold in a jewelry box for the cycle 5 poster. The cycle 4 poster had them under water, and cycle 3's poster showcased the girls hanging on a scaffold over a New York City skyline. This new season, I wanted to pull back from the tricks and gimmicks. I wanted the posters to look more like a high fashion magazine. So we simplified the whole thing. No tricks, no gimmicks, no girls in boxes or underwater. They are all just standing or sitting fiercely on a hip looking set. And for the first time, I am on the poster. I feel like the mama surrounded by all of my babies."
