I also like Jayla. I don't think she was necassarily bitchy, but I think she needed to think a little bit about the whole Nik case before venting. She did seem a bit catty, though, like she wanted to follow through with what she started. Nevertheless, she's a gorgeous girl who I can see modelling in a certain genre.

It's a pretty bad agency. I was signed with them. They have a good runway board because the agency's owner used to work with Ford and took all their runway girls when she started TheAgencyAZ. Besides that, they don't do much to invest in their models...AT ALL!!! She's just gonna be another face on the wall. They're pretty picky about the girls they use for shows, and Jayla's not cut out for it... they definitely have favorites. The biggest jobs they do are wedding expo shows, and local catalogue work!

I think she should submit to Ford/Robert Black (the only reputable agency in Arizona) or get herself out of that state and to L.A. or something! I think she should go to Asia!

I also think she should move to Asia and try and get a better agency. Just by the name I wouldn't think of them as a capitol model management company I think she was trying to pull off the Elyse look in those pictures she has taken photos very similar to that and has been praised for it. Jayla should stick with her commercial look that she had on the show. It worked great for her and it confuses people when she does something I this. I definatly dont think that their bad. I think their rather good but I still think her chest is too big for certain looks, like this

^ Yeah, not really, but she has a look that appeals to Asians. She has big eyes which Asians generally want, I suppose? All of the former ANTM-ers that have made a modelling career for themselves in Asia have had big eyes.
