Won't happen.

I feel like a lot of people are still upset about the mods decision to remove the banner competition. I've said it before, and I'll say it again--we aren't getting it back.

The competition was removed because there was an overwhelming amount of negativity surrounding it. A lot of people had negative responses toward the winning banners, and would say things like, "it's okay, but they shouldn't have picked it". The banner competition is in no way a right. It's a privilege and it got revoked.
