I doubt two are sent home - the "and yet another girl is sent home" is kinda the way they end every episode teaser (check out the one for October 6th). I think that is just formulaic and Jay was just meaning once this shoot is in the can and has been judged.... etc. etc. - besides I thought they added more models to make the season longer - a double elimination would get in the way of that. With the preview episode last week and a recap episode along about final five or four they will have much closer to a standard season this cycle.

yes, the preview has been revised for some reason and we hear one of you will be packing your bags and going home.
But i am just going to be surprised with any outcome. Just cause i love the show so much.
