    Toccara is always beautiful to me, but the belt on that dress so tight just below her major assets doesn't appeal to me in the least. With a chest that large, she really doesn't need anything to further accentuate it. Other than that, she's looking great as always.

    i finally saw it and i love her and all but she was pretty damn annoying and immature. still funny though, she hasn't changed much
