Was she was on the first half or the second half of the show?

She was their first guest.. And she's been continuing to work with her personal trainer doing pilates and yoga. I don't think "they" meaning Tyra made her do anything. They probably made recommendations.. but really they had to keep the secret so the less contact with her was better. Yoanna said she couldn't even tell her mom that she won.

Yoanna seemed nervous on Letterman to me, but she was cute and looked very model-y. The way she said, "Hi, Dave"... she sounded like a natural.

I don't know exactly how the game works: did she know the top ten beforehand, or was she reading them for the first time while she was up there? If she had no preparation, I think the delivery was pretty good. I definitely can't see Shandi doing that.

I taped Regis & Kelly - can't wait to see it.
