Janice has been in the business for years and she knows the ins and outs of the business. The way she is acting is exactly what these girls will endure during their careers, essentially they are a breathing product. I think Janice does them a great service by snapping them into reality and not handling them with kid gloves. She may be a bitcg (something she freely admits to being) but it the long run it's all good.

Yes, it's obvious she got a little help from Mr. Plastic Surgery in the "top" area. I can't tell if she had some "help" on her face. Do you guys think she's had facial work?

Janice is awesome and she look great!!!! I always listen to everyword she said because she's alway on the money! I do believe that I'm much prettier than her, though!
