Do you remember years ago there was a women's studies major who entered Miss America, and when she walked across the stage she whipped off her dress and she was protesting the contest by being garbed in meat? Do you mean that kind of mole?

I think she means the mole that Anna has on the right side of her face. Molimolimole.
